Canals And Inland Waterways

Coming into force 1st April 2011

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(3) of the Transport Act 1968^f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 13 to that Act (order relating to inland waterways)^f2, they have consulted with the Inland Waterways Advisory Council.

They have complied with the requirements of paragraph 5(1) of that Schedule^f3. No objections to the proposed Order have been made.
