The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Secretary of State for Wales, and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, acting jointly, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 1, 11, 35(3) and 36(3) of the Agriculture Act 1957^f1, and now vested in them^f2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation in accordance with section 9(1) of that Act with such bodies of persons as appear to them to represent the interests of producers of wool, hereby make the following Order:—
