Paragraph 3

For paragraph 7 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

For the purposes of this Scheme, there shall be nine regions constituted in accordance with the First Schedule to this Scheme. One regional member of the Board shall be elected for each region by the registered producers in that region. Every election of regional members after the first election shall be held in the month of March on such day as may be fixed by the Board.”.
