  "text": "After paragraph 37 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“37A No person shall be entitled to be elected as a regional member of the Board or as a county representative if prior to the commencement of his tenure of office he will be 65 years of age or older. If any person, being a regional member of the Board or a county representative, attains the age of 65 during the course of his tenure of office, then such tenure may be completed but such person shall not be eligible to seek re-election to that office.”.",
