  "text": "These Regulations which come into operation on 18th November 1977 amend the British Wool Marketing Scheme 1950, as amended, by—\n(1) substituting references to “kilogram” for references to “pound” or “lb”; and\n(2) consequentially amending certain monetary references in the Scheme.",
