  "text": "Paragraph 7 of the Scheme provides that there shall be ten regions constituted in accordance with this Schedule. One regional member of the Board shall be elected for each region by the producers in the region.\nName of Region.\nCounties in the Region .\n1. English South Western\nCornwall and Devonshire.\n2. English Southern\nSomerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Middlesex, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.\n3. English Central\nShropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Huntingdonshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Rutland.\n4. English North Eastern\nNorthumberland, Durham, North Riding of Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.\n5. English North Western\nCumberland, Westmorland, West Riding of Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.\n6. Welsh\nMonmouthshire and all counties in Wales.\n7. Scottish Southern\nRenfrew, West Lothian, Midlothian, Lanark, Ayr, Wigtown, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries, Peebles, East Lothian, Selkirk, Berwick, Roxburgh and Bute.\n8. Scottish Central\nBanff, Aberdeen, Perth, Angus, Fife, Kinross, Clackmannan, Stirling, Argyll, Dunbarton and Kincardine.\n9. Scottish Northern\nCaithness, Sutherland, Ross and Cromarty, Inverness, Nairn, Moray and Orkney.\n10. Northern Ireland\nAll counties in Northern Ireland.",
