Article 4

Where a registered producer makes such an application as aforesaid or, before the end of December in the calendar year in which it was made, withdraws it, the Board shall, within 14 days of the receipt of the application or of the withdrawal, as the case may be, notify the person to whom that producer last delivered wool pursuant to a direction of the Board and the person specified in the application of the purport of the application or withdrawal.
