# The British Wool Marketing Scheme (Directions) Order 1958, Article 5


Nothing in Articles 2, 3 and 4 of this Order shall apply to an application that is concurred in by the person to whom the registered producer last delivered wool pursuant to a direction of the Board and by the person specified in the application.
