Paragraph 6

In section 8 for subsection (10) there shall be substituted the following subsections:—

“(10)

Any regulations made by the Secretary of State under this section as it has effect in the United Kingdom shall have effect in Jersey or Guernsey if registered by the Royal Court of Jersey or the Royal Court of Guernsey, as the case may be.

(11)

In relation to any programme broadcast in the Channel Islands the reference in subsection (7)(e) to a Minister of the Crown shall include references to the Lieutenant Governors of Jersey and Guernsey and the Bailiffs of Jersey and Guernsey.”.
