  "text": "The following provisions shall come into force on 1st April 1991; those provisions are:\n(a) section 180 of, and Schedule 18 to, the 1990 Act; and\n(b) the entries in Schedule 21 to the 1990 Act relating to the repeal of —\n(i) the Wireless Telegraphy (Blind Persons) Act 1955; and\n(ii) the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967.",
