# The Broadcasting Act 1990 (Jersey) (No. 2) Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order extends to Jersey, with the modifications specified in the Schedule, provisions of the Broadcasting Act 1990 relating to independent television and independent radio services, the Broadcasting Complaints Commission and the Broadcasting Standards Council, provisions amending the Marine, Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967, and a number of the miscellaneous and general provisions in Part X of the 1990 Act.
