# The Broadcasting Act 1990 (Jersey) (No. 2) Order 1991, Paragraph 40


In section 154 (complaints relating to broadcasting standards), in subsection (5)(a) and (b) after the words “United Kingdom” insert “or the Bailiwick of Jersey”.
