# The Broadcasting Act 1990 (Jersey) (No. 2) Order 1991, Paragraph 44


In section 181 (apparatus deemed to be for wireless telegraphy), in subsection (3)(a) and (b) after the words “United Kingdom” insert “or the Bailiwick of Jersey”.
