In section 182 (events not to be shown on pay-per-view terms)—

(a)

in subsection (3)(a) for the words after “list” substitute “for the time being having effect in the United Kingdom for the purposes of section 182 of the Broadcasting Act 1990”; and

(b)

in subsection (7) for the words “England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland” substitute “England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or the Bailiwick of Jersey”.
