Explanatory note

This Order extends to Jersey—

(a)

from 13th February 1991, with the modifications set out in the Schedule, the provisions of the Broadcasting Act 1990 mentioned in article 3(1) (which concern broadcasting on Channel 3 and related transitional arrangements), and

(b)

from 1st April 1991, the provisions mentioned in article 3(2) (which amend the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 (c. 54)).
