  "text": "The following provisions of the 1996 Act shall come into force on 1st April 1997:—\nSection 73, so far as it is not yet in force\nSection 85\nSection 95\nSections 106 to 130\nSection 147, so far as it is not yet in force\nSection 148, so far as it is not yet in force\nSchedule 2, so far as it is not yet in force\nSchedule 3\nSchedule 4\nSchedule 10, so far as it is not yet in force\nSchedule 11, so far as it is not yet in force.",
