# The Broadcasting Act 1996 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1997, Article 4


The following provisions of the 1996 Act shall come into force on 1st April 1997:—
Section 73, so far as it is not yet in force
Section 85
Section 95
Sections 106 to 130
Section 147, so far as it is not yet in force
Section 148, so far as it is not yet in force
Schedule 2, so far as it is not yet in force
Schedule 3
Schedule 4
Schedule 10, so far as it is not yet in force
Schedule 11, so far as it is not yet in force.
