  "heading": "General interpretation.",
  "text": "(1) In this Act—\n“the 1990 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1990;\n“the BBC” means the British Broadcasting Corporation.\n“ OFCOM” means the Office of Communications;\n(2) The 1990 Act and the following provisions of this Act—\n(a) Parts I and II and Schedule 1,\n(b) Part IV,\n(c) Part V and Schedules 3 and 4, and\n(d) sections 142 to 146,\nshall be construed as if those provisions were contained in that Act.",
