  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by order amend any of the provisions specified in subsection (2) by substituting a different sum for the sum for the time being specified there.\n(2) The provisions referred to in subsection (1) are—\n(a) section 11(5B)(a) and (5C)(a);\n(b) section 17(2A)(a);\n(c) section 23(2A)(a); and\n(d) section 27(2A)(a).\n(3) No order is to be made under subsection (1) unless a draft of the order has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House.",
