# The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 6: Saving for existing licences

Nothing in these Regulations affects the validity of licences to provide television licensable content services, digital television programme services or digital additional television services that are in force immediately before IP completion day.
