# The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 14

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Section 103 (report to Secretary of State) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1) and (2) , for “subsection (1) of section 101B” substitute “ subsection (1) or (1A) of section 101B ”.
(3) In subsection (2A) —
(a) after “subsection (1)” insert “ or (1A) ”;
(b) for “other EEA States)” substitute “ EEA States or qualifying CTT States) ”.
