  "text": "(1) The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 297A (unauthorised decoders) , in subsection (4), in the definition of “transmission”, in paragraphs (a) and (b), omit “or any other member State”.\n(3) In section 298 (rights and remedies in respect of apparatus, &c for unauthorised reception of transmissions) , in subsection (1), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), omit “or any other member State”.",
