# The Broadcasting and Communications (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 8: Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002

In regulation 2 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, in paragraph (1), for the definition of “EEA Agreement” substitute—
““EEA Agreement” has the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978;”.
