# The Broadcasting and Communications (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 9: Satellite Television Service Regulations 1997

(1) The Satellite Television Service Regulations 1997 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(b)(ii), after the words “EEA State” insert “(within the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978)”.
(3) Paragraph 14 of the Schedule is omitted.
