  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes amendments to Schedule 1 of the Broadcasting (Isle of Man) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/3193) and Schedule 2 of the Communications Order (Isle of Man) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/3198). As well as making drafting amendments, the Order also makes further modification to section 54(1)(c)(ii) Broadcasting Act 1996 (as inserted by paragraph 17 of Schedule 1 to, and previously extended by, the Broadcasting (Isle of Man) Order 2003 (S.I.2003/3193).",
