  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 2003;\n“ the Wireless Telegraphy Order” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Jersey) Order 2003;\n“the Broadcasting Order” means the Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003;\n“the Communications Order” means the Communications (Jersey) Order 2003;\n“Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey; and\n“the Channel Islands” means the Bailiwicks of Jersey and Guernsey.",
