# The Broadcasting and Communications (Jersey) Order 2004, Article 4: Extension of the 2003 Act


Sections 363, 364, 365, 366 and 368 in Part 4 of the 2003 Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey.
