# The Broadcasting Digital Terrestrial Sound (Technical Service) Order 2006, Article 2: Specification of technical services


In article 2 of the Broadcasting Digital Terrestrial Sound (Technical Service) Order 1998 (service specified as “technical service” for the purpose of section 63(3)(b) of the Broadcasting Act 1996), after “digital sound programme services”, insert “, television licensable content services”.
