  "long_title": "Section 79 of the Broadcasting Act 1990 provides for the regulation of foreign satellite programmes. Subsection (5) of that section defines such programmes as those which are transmitted by satellite from a place outside the United Kingdom other than programmes so transmitted from within any country specified in an order made by the Secretary of State for the purposes of that subsection.",
