Any reference to a provision of the Broadcasting Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”) shall be construed as a reference to that provision as it has effect in the Bailiwick of Guernsey by virtue of the Broadcasting Act 1990 (Guernsey) (No. 2) Order 1991.
