# The Broadcasting (Guernsey) Order 2003, Paragraph 12


In section 19—
(a) in subsection (6), after “United Kingdom”, there shall be inserted “(including on behalf of the Bailiwick of Guernsey)”; and
(b) subsections (8) and (9) shall be omitted.
