Paragraph 21
In section 40—
(a)
after the words “United Kingdom” in each place where they occur there shall be inserted “and the Bailiwick of Guernsey”;
(b)
the following shall be omitted—
(i)
subsections (6) and (7); and
(ii)
in subsection (8), in the definition of “broadcast”, paragraph (b).
