# The Broadcasting (Guernsey) Order 2003, Paragraph 37


In section 97—
(a) in subsection (2), after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—
“(bb) the States of Guernsey Broadcasting Committee,”; and
(b) in subsection (4), for “Wales or Northern Ireland” there shall be substituted “Wales, Northern Ireland or the Bailiwick of Guernsey”.
