# The Broadcasting (Guernsey) Order 2003, Paragraph 45


In section 107—
(a) in subsection (4), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa) the States of Guernsey Broadcasting Committee, and”; and
(b) in subsection (5), paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
