# The Broadcasting (Guernsey) Order 2003, Paragraph 46


In section 108—
(a) in subsection (4), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa) the States of Guernsey Broadcasting Committee, and”; and
(b) in subsection (5)—
(i) paragraph (b); and
(ii) paragraph (d) and the word “ , and” immediately preceding it,
shall be omitted.
