In section 142(7)—
(a)
in the definition of “licensed service”—
(i)
the words “or II” and “or provided under a relevant cable licence” shall be omitted; and
(ii)
at the end there shall be added “or any service broadcast or transmitted for general reception in the Bailiwick of Guernsey, or in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Bailiwick of Jersey, only”; and
(b)
the definition of “relevant cable licence” shall be omitted.
