# The Broadcasting (Guernsey) Order 2003, Paragraph 57


In section 144—
(a) in subsection (5)(a), the words “or II” shall be omitted; and
(b) at the end there shall be added—
“(6) In subsection (4), “standard scale” means the standard scale of fines for the time being in force pursuant to the Uniform Scale of Fines (Guernsey) Law 1989.”.
