  "text": "BROADCASTING\nMade 20th July 1995\nComing into force 21st July 1995\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 16(5) of the Broadcasting Act 1990 and after consultation (in accordance with section 16(7) of that Act) with the Independent Television Commission and (in accordance with section 186(2) of that Act) with the British Broadcasting Corporation, I hereby make the following Order:—",
