# The Broadcasting (Isle of Man) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Isle of Man) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 29th December 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into force immediately before the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 2003.
