  "text": "BROADCASTING\nMade 11th May 1999\nComing into force 12th May 1999\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 11th day of May 1999\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of section 150(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, and section 204(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, as it is applied by section 150(3) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
