# The Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003, Article 4: Revocations


In the Broadcasting Act 1996 (British Broadcasting Corporation—Transmission Network) (Jersey) Order 1997, the following provisions are hereby revoked—
(a) in article 2, the words “147(1)”; and
(b) paragraph 1 of the Schedule.
