  "text": "BROADCASTING\nMade 10th December 2003\nComing into force 29th December 2003\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 10th day of December 2003\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of section 150(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, and section 204(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, as it is applied by section 150(3) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
