# The Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 12


In section 19—
(a) in subsection (6), after the words “United Kingdom”, there shall be inserted “(including on behalf of the Bailiwick of Jersey)”; and
(b) subsections (8) and (9) shall be omitted.
