  "text": "The following provisions, that is—\nsection 1(4),\nsection 12(1)(h),\nsection 13(1),\nsection 19(2)(b),\nsection 20,\nsection 24(3),\nsection 28 (and the provisions referred to in section 28(3) as enacted),\nsection 40(5),\nsection 41(3),\nsection 54(1),\nsection 46(1),\nsection 63(3),\nsection 98(2),\nsection 102(3) and (4),\nthe provisions referred to in section 36(2) as enacted, and\nthe provisions referred to in section 69(2) as enacted,\nshall have effect as if any order made under, respectively—\nsection 1(5),\nsection 12(5),\nsection 13(2),\nsection 19(8),\nsection 21(1),\nsection 24(3)(b),\nsection 28(3),\nsection 40(6),\nsection 41(4),\nsection 54(3),\nsection 55(2),\nsection 63(3),\nsection 98(3),\nsection 102(4)(b),\nsection 36(1), and\nsection 69(1) as enacted,\nand which is for the time being in force in the United Kingdom, had extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey.",
