In section 40—

(a)

after the words “United Kingdom” in each place where they occur there shall be inserted “and the Bailiwick of Jersey”;

(b)

subsections (6) and (7); and

(c)

in subsection (8), in the definition of “broadcast”, paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
