In section 1—

(a)

subsections (5) and (6) shall be omitted; and

(b)

in subsection (7)—

(i)

in the definition of “broadcast”, paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it shall be omitted; and

(ii)

in the definition of “for general reception”, there shall be added at the end the words “and the Bailiwick of Jersey.”.
