In section 97—

(a)

in subsection (2), after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—

“(bb)

the Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey,”; and

(b)

in subsection (4), for the words “Wales or Northern Ireland” there shall be substituted “Wales, Northern Ireland or the Bailiwick of Jersey”.
