# The Broadcasting (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 44


In section 107—
(a) in subsection (4), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa) the Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey, and”; and
(b) in subsection (5), paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
