In section 108—

(a)

in subsection (4), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

“(aa)

the Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey, and”; and

(b)

in subsection (5)—

(i)

paragraph (b); and

(ii)

paragraph (d) and the word “, and” immediately preceding it, shall be omitted.
