In section 144—

(a)

in subsection (4), the word “summary” shall be omitted, and for “level 5” there shall be substituted “level 4”;

(b)

in subsection (5)(a), the words “or II” shall be omitted; and

(c)

at the end there shall be added—

“(6)

In subsection (4), “standard scale” means the standard scale of fines for the time being laid down in the Schedule to the Standard Scale of Fines (Jersey) Law 1993.”.
